Your Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions For Returns

We accept returns only for products with quality issues.

For the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The products are in their original packaging.
• At least 90% of the product is unused.

 

Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Products made to your specifications or that have been personalized.
• Products that deteriorate quickly or have an expiry date that has passed.
• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

 

Returning Products

We accept returns and provide refunds exclusively for products with quality issues. After we receive the returned items, we will execute your refund within 14 days. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used to place the order, and you will not incur any additional fees.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipment of the products. Therefore, we highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the products or proof of the returned delivery.

Shipping

Be aware that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if necessary.
