Why Is Wood Pressed Groundnut Oil Used?

Wood Pressed Groundnut/Peanut Oil is Made from peanut plant seeds. It is commonly used in baking, sautéing, frying, and other forms of cooking. While peanut oil offers a slightly nutty flavour, it’s generally a good, neutral option to use for most recipes. It has a high smoke point (around 450°F), meaning it can withstand high temperatures without burning making it ideal for cooking. Also, it tends to be less absorbed in the food, making it an ideal choice for deep frying. We make sure to source raw materials from organic farms situated in the villages of India.

The Extraction Process

We bring the healthy, aromatic delicacy of our food producers from the farm to your doorstep. Thus, not only do we offer 100% organic tastes but also a plethora of health blessings through our traditional values.

Sourced From Origins

With a belief in eco-sustainability and heritage preservation, we source our key ingredients from their place of origin via farmers. Hence, ensuring pure and healthy production.

Sun-Dried Nuts

The groundnuts are then naturally sun-dried to ensure that absolutely no refinement is needed during the process and that our traditional methods are upheld.

Grinding In Kolhu

In order to maintain their nutritious value, the unshelled, dry groundnuts are now pressed in Kolhu at a low temperature.

Conventional Filtration

Before final sieve filtering, the extracted oil is put into large containers and allowed to sediment for about 3 to 4 days.
