Wood Pressed Groundnut/Peanut Oil is Made from peanut plant seeds. It is commonly used in baking, sautéing, frying, and other forms of cooking. While peanut oil offers a slightly nutty flavour, it’s generally a good, neutral option to use for most recipes. It has a high smoke point (around 450°F), meaning it can withstand high temperatures without burning making it ideal for cooking. Also, it tends to be less absorbed in the food, making it an ideal choice for deep frying. We make sure to source raw materials from organic farms situated in the villages of India.

The groundnuts are then naturally sun-dried to ensure that absolutely no refinement is needed during the process and that our traditional methods are upheld.
In order to maintain their nutritious value, the unshelled, dry groundnuts are now pressed in Kolhu at a low temperature.
Before final sieve filtering, the extracted oil is put into large containers and allowed to sediment for about 3 to 4 days.
